Asaf is qualified as a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2013.

Asaf gained extensive experience of more than a decade working in the Employment and Commercial departments of the largest law firms in Israel.
In the field of Employment law, Asaf has extensive experience in:

• Representing employers and employees in many complex issues in the field of labor law.

• Provides ongoing accompaniment and advice to employers in the field of private and collective Employment law.

• Expert in drafting of complex agreements - including employment agreements for senior employees, retirement agreements, grant agreements, options and more.

• Represents employers and employees in procedures for termination of employment for any reason, including representation before the Commissioner of Women's work in the Ministry of Labor.

• Represents employers and employees in proceedings in labor courts and other judicial tribunals.
